Rising Care Alliance Inc., formerly CORDS, was founded by Mr. Mmunga Lulaca on October 15, 2021, at the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Dowa District, Malawi. Driven by a passion for promoting the social and economic well-being of refugees and host communities, the organization sought to create meaningful change in the region.

After relocating to the United States, he aspired to expand this mission by serving refugees and underserved populations both in Africa and the United States. His vision continues to inspire hope and progress across borders.

Rising Care Alliance Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering refugees and underserved people in rural communities to overcome adversity and achieve self-sufficiency.

Through comprehensive support services and community-led initiatives, we address critical needs and create pathways for lasting change.With operations in Malawi and the United States, our mission is to deliver impactful programs that foster resilience, promote independence, and bring long-term results for the communities we serve.
